INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1: Complete the REQUIRED FORMS PACKET (available above) and collect the REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION (details below). Save to your device. You will be uploading them in STEP 2.


REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION
  • Child's proof of birth
    • Birth certificate, passport (current), or NYS ID Card
  • Photo ID of parent/guardian
    • Driver's license, passport (current), or NYS ID Card

  • Proof of residency 
    • 1 current (within 30 days), recurring bill with your name and the address for services you receive at this address. (Examples: electric, oil, or internet) AND
      • HOMEOWNERS - Your most recent school or property tax bill.
      • RENTING IN AN APARTMENT COMPLEX - Your current, signed lease.
      • RENTING FROM A PRIVATE OWNER - Your current, signed lease AND the owner's school or property tax bill.
      • NO FORMAL LEASE - Please have your landlord complete and notarize the Statement of Property Owner or Landlord (available below). If utilities are included in your lease, you will need to provide an additional form of proof of residency.

STEP 2:  Submit your online pre-registration


On the upper-left corner of this page:

  • Click on "New User"
  • Click "CONTINUE"
  • Enter student data
  • Upload the REQUIRED FORMS and REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION
  • Once you successfully submit your pre-registration, you will receive a confirmation email from noreply@rhinebeckcsd.org


The Registrar will review your submission:

  • If there is anything we need to complete your registration, we will contact you via email from registration@rhinebeckcsd.org.
  • Once all required forms and documents are received, please give us 7-14 business days for processing.
  • The building will contact you with student placement and transportation details once the registration process is complete. Please note that the Registrar does not have class placement or transportation details.
