Welcome! We're excited to help you get started with registering your new student(s)! To get started with registration, please click the CONTINUE button on the left to fill out our online pre-registration form. Once we receive your form, I’ll send you the full registration packet by email so you can print it at home. To make sure you don’t miss any important messages, please add my email address to your contacts—this helps prevent emails from landing in your spam folder. If you don’t have access to a printer, no worries! Just let us know in the space provided on the final screen of the form. That section is also a great place to share if your child has an IEP or if there’s anything else you’d like us to know.
The following documents will need to be scanned and emailed to us, or dropped off along with your completed registration packet: - Birth Certificate
- Current NYS Physical and Immunization Record
- Two Proof of Residency Documents (being a mortgage/lease/tax bill plus a current utility bill)
- Parent/Guardian Photo ID
- Custody Documents (if applicable)
- IEP (if applicable)
- High School Transcript (if applicable)
Please follow these instructions when completing the online pre-registration form: Residency Requirement: Only families currently living in the Valley Central School District should complete the online form. If you are not currently living in the district, but are planning on moving here, please feel free to give me a call! Student Contact Information: Kindly leave out the student's personal phone number and email address. We won't need these! Formatting: Please avoid using all caps when entering information. Names: Use full legal names only - no abbreviations or nicknames please. Parent/Guardian Address: Enter addresses only for parents or legal guardians. Emergency Contacts: Only include an address for emergency contacts if they live in the Valley Central School District or in your household. If they live elsewhere, just provide their name and phone number! Address Details: Be sure to spell out all parts of the address (for St. please use Street - Ave. use Avenue - etc.) and be sure to include a unit number/letter when necessary!
Please Note: Students are not considered registered and attendance will not begin until a completed registration packet and all necessary documents have been received and reviewed by the registrar.
